Fighting for the right to exist

The best guarantee for structural progress is the development of a civil society. This is why Trias and its institutional financiers support the development of strong local and national farmers’ organisations in Congo. We pay particular attention to the quality improvement of farming products with a high added value, such as cacao and palm oil. We are also increasingly providing support to groups of disadvantaged entrepreneurs. We follow up closely the core capacities of all partners.

Female entrepreneurship is still in its infancy in Congo. But don't be wrong about this, women also have dreams. Trias gives them the necessary support.

Family farmers claim cocoa export

The potential for cocoa production is huge in the DRC. However the family farmers are not the ones benefiting from it. Trias wants this to change.
