Training as a lever for self-development
In the west of Uganda, the average farm is no larger than two hectares. Together with our institutional financiers, Trias strives to bring about the transition from subsistence farming to a market-oriented model. We teach farmers’ groups to work with cost-benefit analyses and to create business plans based on market research. In the capital Kampala we do the same thing for disadvantaged entrepreneurs. We follow up closely the core capacities of all partners.
