A full training module takes one year. We start with an assessment test, on the basis of which we select the candidates with the best chances of success. 
The selected participants get a basic training that is completed with additional group training sessions to further sharpen 16 competences using 12 training modules.

Individual coaching helps them to convert the theory into practice. The training only ends when the leaders feel capable to fulfill their role with success.

We train the strongest participants to become trainers, who in their turn support candidate leaders.
