Franky Depickere (1959) holds a degree in commercial and financial sciences and a master’s in company financial management. In 1982, he joined the CERA Bank, where he held a number of positions for 17 years, eventually becoming managing director at KBC Securities.
 
In 1999, Depickere started working for F. van Lanschot Bankiers. However, he went back to CERA Bank in 2006, where he became chairman of Cera’s Executive Board and Management Committee.
 
Depickere is also Cera Société de gestion and Almancora Société de gestion’s managing director. He has experience in the development cooperation sector as chairman of BRS and BRS Microfinance Coop. 
 
Trias’ chairman also sits on a number of committees and boards of directors in the KBC group. He chairs Flanders Business School and International Raiffeisen Union (IRU)’s Board of Directors. Furthermore, Franky Depickere is a member of KU LEUVEN Kulak’s Steering Committee and vice-chairman of Euro Pool Group’s Supervisory Board.

Former communication strategist and spokesperson for companies and organisations such as Umicore and Pharma.be. Became well-known in Belgium as the spokesperson of the late Prime Minister Jean-Luc Dehaene.

Former director of Ipovo. Spokesperson and communications adviser for many top class politicians.

Isabelle Myncke is director of KLJ and Groene Kring vzw, the largest youth movement in the Flemish region for young farmers and young people with a heart for agriculture and horticulture. Graduated as a psychologist, she started her career at KLJ and Groene Kring as a pedagogical employee and later as a policy employee.
 
Isabelle has been a member of the board since 2019. She is convinced that with the support of Trias, member organisations can grow into self-reliant, strong groups that create solidarity through which people grow.

Has been active for ten years as an entrepreneur within Unizo, Syntra West, Hotel School 'Ter Groene Poorte' and the Eurometropolis CourtraiLilleTournai.

Director of Kampani, a social investment fund. Used to work at the World Bank and as an emergency relief worker at ICRC and IRC.

Former commercial director of KBC Bank & Verzekeringen, one of the leading bank companies in Belgium. Also former member of VKW, alongside other mandates.

National president of KVLV. Also president of Kind en Preventie.

Director of Landelijke Gilden. Also board member of various organisations and associations.

Has been the chairperson of Trias since March 2012. Also a member of the Management Board of KBC Bank&Verzekeringen, one of the leading banking companies in Belgium. 

Paul Cocquet is an accountant by training. He has been active at various companies in the 'Finance and Administration' department. Most recently as Financial Director at a business unit within the ING Group.
 
Paul is currently volunteering with various non-profit organizations. In the governing body of Trias, he represents the entrepreneurial seniors of Neos vzw.
 
After a career in the profit sector, Paul finds it particularly fascinating to also discover the non-profit sector.
Wim Geirnaerdt has been active for many years at UNIZO, the entrepreneurs' association in Flanders and Brussels. As coordinator of local interest representation, he helps monitor the entrepreneurial interest in cities and municipalities.
 
He is also the contact point for setting up actions to make UNIZO a more inclusive organisation by, among other things, focusing on attracting entrepreneurs with a migration background.
Finally, he organises entrepreneurial internships in cooperation with various parliaments (Flemish, Federal, European). In this way, the worlds of politics and entrepreneurship can be brought closer together.
 
In 1991, Wim joined UNIZO, first in the province of East Flanders in various roles, from advisor to local entrepreneurs' associations to deputy provincial director. Since 2017, he has been active at the national secretariat.
 
Wim has been part of the board of directors of Trias since 15/12/2022.
