At Trias, the inclusion process is based in our Theory of Change. We work from the principle that strengthening member-based organisations provides strong leverage for the self-development of enterprising people.

The inclusion process aspires to produce structural change at the institutional level, in personal interactions and for the individual. The methodology can be applied by any organisation.

The Trias workshops have opened my eyes. Although I was abused as a child and as a woman, I always had the feeling that I also have rights. Now I am finally able to talk about those rights. This has increased my self-confidence: now I know how to react in different situations. This has made me a better board member of our coffee cooperative.
